Weathered asphalt shingles fade and develop uneven, washed-out tones as the binder dries out. APEX-1132™ is designed to redisperse that binder, and the manufacturer reports it restores shingle color and reduces discoloration — so treated roofs typically look deeper and more uniform.

It's important to understand what it is and isn't: rejuvenation is not paint or a color coating, and it won't change your roof to a different color. It helps revive the existing color of your aged shingles. Results vary with the starting condition of the roof, which is part of what we evaluate during the inspection.
