Because rejuvenation is preservation, candidacy matters. APEX-1132™ is best suited to asphalt-shingle roofs that are still structurally sound and in reasonable health — the manufacturer recommends applying within about three years of a new roof installation and reapplying roughly every five years.

It is not the right solution if your shingles are severely deteriorated, cracked through, curling badly, or past their service life, or if you have an active leak or missing shingles. In those cases, repair or replacement is the honest answer.

We always start with an inspection and photo documentation. If repairs are needed first, we review them with you and get your approval before any work proceeds. If a roof can't be preserved, we'll say so.
