We do both — soft washing and pressure washing — and match the pressure and the cleaning solution to each surface, so it comes out clean without being damaged.

Soft Washing vs Pressure Washing
**Soft washing** uses low pressure, close to a garden hose, with a cleaning solution that kills mold, mildew, algae and moss at the root. It is the right method for vinyl, wood and fiber-cement siding, stucco, painted surfaces, fences and roofs, where high pressure can strip paint, raise wood grain or force water behind siding. Because it kills the growth instead of blasting the surface, the result lasts longer.
**Pressure washing** uses high-pressure water, often heated, to lift dirt, oil, gum and ground-in grime from hard surfaces: concrete driveways and sidewalks, patios, brick and stone. On flat concrete we use surface cleaners for an even, streak-free finish.

We start by walking the property and deciding, surface by surface, whether it gets a soft wash or a pressure wash, and which cleaning solution it needs. We protect plants, windows, doors and light fixtures before any water goes on. Growth and stains are pre-treated, the surface is cleaned at the pressure it can take, and everything is rinsed so no cleaning solution is left behind. We finish with a walk-through with you.
