Christmas Lights Installation in Albany, Oregon

Christmas Lights in Albany, Every Season Since 2020

We have installed Christmas lights in Albany every season since 2020, and a good share of those homes book us again the following year.

Albany sits in the middle of the Willamette Valley, and its winters are the reason most people stop putting lights up themselves after a season or two. Between November and January the valley gets steady rain, wind and the occasional freeze, which is exactly the stretch when a display has to stay lit and stay put. Ladder work on a wet roofline in December is the part homeowners most often stop doing themselves.

How an Albany Install Works

We start with a walkthrough: rooflines, peaks, trees, railings, and where the power is. You get an exact quote before anything goes up. The lights are commercial-grade and the clips are sized to your roof and gutter edge, so nothing is stapled, nailed, or left to hold on by tape.

Through the season, if a run goes out, we fix it. In early January we come back, take everything down and take it away; removal is part of the lease (what removal includes). The dry window for a safe install is short and the earlier dates go first, so book early if you want a particular weekend.

Christmas Light Installation Pricing in Albany, Oregon

Leased installs, which include installation and takedown, start at $7 per linear foot for single-storey rooflines, with a $350 minimum. Two-storey homes and complex rooflines are priced higher. Permanent lighting is quoted separately. Every install gets an exact quote before any work begins.

Where an Albany home lands depends on how much roofline you want lit, how many storeys it has, and whether you add trees or landscaping. A single-storey home with one clean front roofline is at the lower end; a two-storey with several peaks, wrapped columns and lit trees is higher. We measure before we quote.

The Same Crew the Rest of the Year

On Top Home Services is a veteran-owned company based in Salem and licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB #244467). In Albany we also do gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, house washing and pressure washing, and many of our Albany Christmas customers use us for those too. Lights clip to the gutter edge, so a gutter cleaning before install day makes for a cleaner display.
